Re: Reroof Various Built-up Flat Roofs

Gentlemen:
Yancey Roofing is presently in the process of reroofing approximately 410 squares of roofing and recoating approximately 167 squares of roofing. The reroofing consists of tear off and replacement with a five ply built-up gravel roof on three buildings. The recoating consists of removal of old white coating, cleaning, primering, making minor repairs and recoating.
Presently two, buildings are completed with the third estimated within the week.
I have found that Yancey Roofing operates in a very professional manner with a very knowledgeable superintendent on the job at all times. They were very neat in the removal of the old roof and are very flexible in meeting the needs of the College. At this stage of construction I would highly recommend them for future jobs.
